    Traditional Talk therapy is based on the core idea that talking about feelings, emotions and experiences can help people with a broad variety of difficulties. Therapy can help eliminate, control and decrease symptoms so that the person can function better and increase their well-being and be on the journey to healing. We accept insurance!

    Walk Therapy

    $135/Hour

    Walk + Talk makes talk therapy more active and takes it outside in the sun and nature, providing a non- traditional, less intimidating and less formal environment. Walk + Talk therapy benefits can include: increased energy, decreased depression and anxiety, increasing physical + cardiovascular health as well as learning to use alternative healthy coping mechanisms.

    Active Therapy

    $135/Hour

    Active Therapy is exercise combined with traditional talk therapy. Your coach will empower, motivate, and support your fitness by getting you mentally and physically stronger. These treatment model allows you to incorporate fitness and healthy lifestyle habits while being in a safe + supportive environment.

    Mental Strength Counseling

    Mental Strength is a modality used to support those who are struggling through adversity and performing under pressure. Through Mental Strength Counseling, the counselor would help support the athletes mental game skills and mental toughness so they can perform at their peak level of performance or improve their level of consistency.
